50 luxury sports cars with a €1 million price tag are to go under the hammer at the next Merlin Car Auctions Prestige sale. Taking place on Wednesday 16^th June at the company's Naas premises, the auction promises to be a crowd pleaser, as petrolheads travel from far and wide to get a glimpse of the must-have motors.

The selection of high calibre executive cars include a mouthwatering 2008 Mercedes CL500 - a car that would usually sell second hand on the forecourt for €98,000 but is expected to sell at auction for €70,000, a saving of €28,000. Other top of the range cars includes a 08 Landrover Range Rover Sport (forecourt value €61,500, expected auction price €35,000), 08 Mercedes C180 Kompressor (forecourt value €31,950, expected auction price €17,000) and 08 Mercedes Benz C220 (forecourt value €30,000, expected auction price €22,500).

Also included in the auction are top of the range Porche 911 and Lexus models.
