No Lower Limit

One of the biggest no reserve auctions of the year, the Merlin Car Auctions liquidation sale on Saturday July 10^th will see over 300 vehicles go under the hammer.

Organisers say that thousands will be saved by lucky bidders, as there is no lower limit on the price that can be bid on the day. This means that significant savings will be had on forecourt prices.

The 2008 Madza 3 1.4 Touring, has a retail value of €11,500 but is expected to be snapped up for around €8,500 - a saving of €3,000.

A 2006 Nissan Almera 1.5 SXW would retail at €6,250, but is estimated to be sold at this week's auction for just €4,250. The savings continue with a 2008  Ford Focus Style 1 (retail price €12,500, expected auction price €9,500), a 2006 Hyundai Accent 4 door GLS,  (retail price €5,500, expected auction price €3,500) and a 2007 Toyota Hilux (retail price €14,000, expected auction price €10,500).

Other cars included in this week's liquidation auction include Ford Mondeo, Opel Astra, Renault Megane, Skoda Superb Comfort, Peugeot 407, Volkswagen Passat and many more. A full list is available at www.merlincarauctions.ie/liquidation.
