Online Deposit Refund

All bidding deposits are refundable if no purchase is made.

With Merlin Live Online, when you leave a deposit of €1,000 it is a pre-authorisation on your credit card that you have given us.

We will leave your Merlin Live Online account open for 3 weeks from the transaction date and if after then, no purchase is made, your pre-authorisation will be Voided and your Merlin Live Online account will be closed.

To extend this period, simply leave another deposit by clicking here and you will be granted access to Merlin Live Online again,

However, if you wish to close your Merlin Live Online account sooner than the 3 weeks, simply email us at online@merlincarauctions.ie with your Bidder ID and the email address you used with Paypal and we will void the transaction straight away.
